Welcome to Faloni Cleaning. By booking or using our cleaning services, you (“Customer”, “you”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before scheduling services.


1. Services Provided

Faloni Cleaning (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) provides residential and commercial cleaning services. Specific services, pricing, scope of work, and scheduling will be confirmed at the time of booking.

We reserve the right to modify service offerings at any time.


2. Booking and Scheduling

Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or other approved communication channels.

While we strive to arrive on time, exact arrival times cannot always be guaranteed due to traffic, weather conditions, or other unforeseen delays. If delays occur, we will notify you as soon as possible.


3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled service time

• Secure pets prior to service arrival

• Remove or secure valuables, fragile items, and sensitive documents

• Inform us in advance of any special cleaning requirements or areas needing extra care

Faloni Cleaning is not responsible for damage to items that were not properly secured or disclosed as fragile.


4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled by contacting us.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time

• Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee

Failure to provide property access at the scheduled time may also be treated as a cancellation.


5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.

We may accept the following payment methods:

• Credit or debit card

• Cash

• Digital payments

Late or unpaid balances may result in:

• Additional fees

• Suspension of future services

• Collection actions if necessary


6. Satisfaction Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

If you are not satisfied with the cleaning service provided, you must notify us within 24 hours of the service.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue, which may include re-cleaning the affected areas.


7. Liability

While we take reasonable care in providing our services, Faloni Cleaning is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage to furniture, fixtures, floors, or surfaces

• Items that were not disclosed as fragile or requiring special handling

• Normal wear and tear of household materials

Our liability, if any, will be limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided on the day of the incident.


8. Health and Safety

Our staff reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if the property environment is considered unsafe, hazardous, or unsanitary.

We do not handle:

• Biohazard materials

• Hazardous chemicals

• Animal waste beyond normal household levels


9. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and consenting to receive messages, you agree that Faloni Cleaning may send SMS or MMS messages related to:

• Appointment confirmations

• Appointment reminders

• Service updates

• Customer support

• Promotions or special offers

Message frequency may vary.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.

Opt-In Consent

Customers opt in to receive SMS messages by:

• Submitting service request forms

• Scheduling services with our team

• Providing explicit consent during booking

Opt-Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying:

STOP

After sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS communications.
